Petalique ("we", "us", "our") is a floral concierge membership service. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a membership or sign up for early access, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the membership request form, we collect: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address (optional), PIN code, and your stated preferences (space type, plan interest, delivery frequency). When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address.

How we use it

To contact you personally about your membership request and recommend a plan.
To check delivery availability in your area based on your PIN code.
To send early-access updates, new collections and floral stories, if you've opted in.
To improve our service based on aggregate enquiry trends.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Your details are shared only with the Petalique concierge team for the purpose of contacting you, and with service providers strictly necessary to operate the enquiry process (for example, WhatsApp Business messaging).

Your choices

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@petalique.com. You can unsubscribe from early-access emails at any time.
